Over the last five years, as a mega agent, coach, team leader, and trainer, I've observed hundreds of real estate agents struggle and work so hard, for so little.
To help address that struggle, I’m bringing to the forefront some of the most “taboo” conversations in the real estate industry: financial literacy and building a sustainable lifestyle. These topics are taboo because they’re not taught in school and most brokerages don’t address them, either.

As a single-mom, growing up poor, and overcoming multiple life challenges, she had the deck stacked against her. After some failure seeking her fit, she took a leap of faith by leaving a big team team and then flourished under Momentum Realty. In the last twelve months she's closed nearly $12M in residential sales in St. Augustine, Florida and purchases multiple investment properties (currently Madison has 5 doors). Madison is now thinking big and taking massive action to create a big-life for her and her son Axel.

I’ve never much liked playing by the rules or leading the conventional life, and if you’re here, you don’t either.
I’ve played in a lot of sandboxes. I have been an investment banker, Mega real estate agent, national mastery coach, and real estate investor, a path that led me from a negative $80,000 net worth at age 24, to a net worth millionaire at age 28.
In 2020, at age 29, I became a local real estate “disrupter” as co-founder of Momentum Realty, an innovative, highly successful independent real estate brokerage. Once the brokerage was off and running, I left real estate sales to enter mortgage banking, where I am today. My mission now is to build a better platform for real estate agents and consumers to transact real estate by bundling brokerage, mortgage, title, and insurance services.
That’s a lot, but I’m just getting started on my journey... and I’ve learned so much along the way. I invite you to learn from my business and life lessons, many of which stem from making mistakes, adapting, and rising again even stronger, in my ongoing quest to live a Big Life.
